According to the owners this placed only opened 1 month ago, so they are up and coming for the makings of Açaí bowls. I usually don’t go out to get açaí bowls, and when I do, it’s usually the basic bowls you get that have the dragon fruit base. However this place surprised me with the assortment of bases you can get and that fact that you can mix and match bases, they have bases from matcha, ube, this blue one, I think they have a dragon fruit one, yall gotta go check the website for that. Anyways, Bowl: I got a small build your own bowl, with matcha and blue magic base. I added some granola, blueberry, chia seed pudding, coconut shavings, hemp seed, and quinoa crisp. Review: VERY good bowl, I would 100% come back and try out different combinations with different fruits, very fresh. Drink: high tide (blue one) and the dragon slayer (pink one) Review: both the high tide and the dragon slayer are very delicious drinks. Overall, I recommend this place to anyone that is wanting to have either a variety of açaí bowls types of different fresh drink types, because all the ingredients they used are fresh. Whether you are looking to lose weight (they have calorie listed on their menu)

Yall this has got to be some of the best acai bowls I’ve ever had. I love a good acai bowl and TRU bowl has set the bar really high for what I expect from an acai bowl. I built my own bowl and chose ube and coconut for my base. After choosing your bases you get so many choices of fresh toppings for your bowl. I went with their OG chia pudding, honey oat and French vanilla granola. Topped off with fresh bananas, mango and a peanut butter drizzle and hemp seeds 😍 Both based were sooo so good! The texture was just right, it had such a good consistency; I was able to enjoy my bowl outside in this Texas heat without it melting fast. The flavors were great, not too sweet and just right! Not only for the amazing bowls, all the staff were welcoming and so friendly! I cant wait to go back; pups approve of the fresh fruit too 😃

This place was just closing when we walked in but they were super sweet and served us anyway. (I don’t normally do that but they had just opened and were eager to show off what they had to offer!) The franchise from Southern California, this is their first location in Texas. It is such a cute and cozy atmosphere inside! The original plan was to get a sweet treat next door but we saw the big “now open!” Sign and wanted to check it out. I’m so happy we did! Even though this was the healthier option over cookies the smoothies were actually really sweet and delicious! I ordered the OG I regret not getting the 24 oz SO GOOD! Can’t wait to come back! Lilly and Joseph were so sweet and friendly they let us try ALL of the açaí flavors! Cannot wait to come back and get a bowl!(:

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ TruBowl is such a great addition to the area! Everything tasted incredibly fresh, the ingredients were high quality, and my bowl was delicious. The shop is clean, welcoming, and has such a fun atmosphere. The staff was friendly and made the whole experience even better. If you’re looking for a healthy meal or a refreshing treat, I definitely recommend stopping by. I’ll definitely be back!
